PREPARATORY PRAYER:
Merciful God, holy and righteous in all your ways, we come before you with penitent hearts. We recognize the seriousness of the prayer which we are about to present in your name.
Establish our feet in the righteousness of your holy Word through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ our Redeemer. Cleanse our hands of all impurity. Set our tongue aflame with a consuming fire from your altar. Sanctify us from every impurity and establish us firmly upon our Rock, Jesus Christ.
We stand in the power and authority that you have granted us through your only begotten Son. Set us free from fear and fill us with faith as we come against Satan's horde of sorcerers. Help us to wield the two edged sword of your Word, effectively.
We pray in the name of Jesus, our soon coming King. Amen.
